I just wanted him to live next to his own garbage instead of shoving it off on poor neighborhoods and figured the resistance to that might account for the resistance to building more housing, the fear garbage might move in. I live among housing conservatives and until they change nothing will happen. My city has done wonders building new housing if you have a couple of million to spend.Apartments, townhouses, etc != Garbage dumps. People are not pollution. You just want your property rights to arbitrarily encompass your neighbor's property.
