He can't. It's not a US war. And he's talking with his ass. US military complex has a lot of profit to make from this war, only Biden incompetency (and his advisors) stopped it from making bank on it

Trump did say that he would end the Ukrainian war before he is sworn into office.

He'll have to pry the presidency out of Biden's cold dead hands before he gets to do that. So let's see here, Biden is still the president of these here United States of 'Murca and the Supremes have given him near blanket immunity to do anything he wants on official business so I'm wonder'in just what he'll do or could do to keep Trump from becoming Putin's official stooge again. Or prevent Trump from pumping Putin with all of our state's secrets and how much richer he will be at the end of his term from operating the Trump Presidential Flood and Fire Warehouse Sale he's going to set up in the front lawn of the White House.

I really hope Biden will exercise the full strength of his immunity enabled power before he leaves office because he has nothing to lose from going after Trump as Trump will surely do to him the day he's sworn in. And I REALLY do hope our intelligence services have by now Trump-proofed our state's secrets that Trump has a habit of stashing wherever and whenever he can to show off to his friends and fellow tyrants how much value he can be to the right buyer.

Too bad that will never happen. It takes the Nazis doing bad stuff for years before people wise up and fight back. America is dead. Long live Trumpistan.

So apparently, it takes so long to prepare and deliver shipments to Ukraine....
That anything promised / ordered today, would not arrived BEFORE a President Trump is in power - and able to immediately recall the aid before it finishes the journey.

Thanks Biden, for slow walking everything.
Asia will show you what true escalation and mass graves looks like.

Biden team prepares to rush last-minute aid to Ukraine

It normally takes months for munitions and equipment to get to Ukraine after an aid package is announced, so anything rolled out in the coming weeks would likely not fully arrive until well into the Trump administration, and the next commander in chief could halt the shipments before they’re on the ground.

i gotta ask, why? We can put a pallet of anything, anywhere in the world, in 24 hours. How can it take so long to get something to Ukraine?

So, in a fucking shocker to no one

Vance has said Ukraine would most likely have to "cede some territory to the Russians" to end the war after Russia's ongoing invasion. Trump and his team have made "America first" and increasing isolationism abroad a prominent part of their foreign policy pitch.
The relationships we have forged over the last 75 years are about to evaporate. If America is not going to support Ukraine, why should any of our allies expect us to do so?

After Trump ordered American troops to literally abandon the Kurds on an active battlefield, no ally has trusted the US. The Russians have never had a stooge like Trump to play with.

Russians love Trump and the wrecking ball he represents. He's the perfect example to hold up in foreign policy things to show other countries that corruption is everywhere, so why not just go all in with the Kremlin kleptocracy?

To add to that, he's already talked about exiting NATO during his last term. Biden regained some good will, but now that Trump is back, there is absolutely no trust between nations traditionally allied with the US and a Trump administration. None.

South Korea, Japan, Poland, Finland. Taiwan. Everyone who wants to live needs a nuclear program. Yesterday.

You are projecting again.
Maybe. But the fact that not even 10% of the already approved help wasn't delivered (the big one), the fact that US are getting rid of AH helicopters but don't approve transfer (or sell) to Ukr, the fact that they always impose stupid red lines on the usage of equipment delivered, and even worse, equipment delivered by other countries, the fact that they are actively helping Israel but deny any direct involvement or at least NATO missiles protection, thst is on Biden admin. The buck stops at him, even though his advisers may be at fault.

Russia knows only of force. No amount of red lines will stop them. Just pure force. The moment their drones and rockets hit NATO space, there should have been a last warning specifying that the next time a Russian device enters 100m in NATO space, all naval forces in Black sea will be decimated. And then execute that with stealth in 24h, when it would have happened. They are an international bully and that's how you fight against bullies. Not with strong words and 0 action.

Now Biden will leave and his stain will remain. I absolutely hate Trump, but weak men create tough times...

Perhaps it is delusional but I'm optimistic that the clown will have a chat with leadership of Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, BAE Systems, etc, and "realize" that it's good for business.
He likes when business leadership kowtows to him. Putin is in the position of being unable to kowtow to Trump while these CEOs can. I think his inconsistency, egomania and openness to "make a deal" (i.e. accept bribes) leaves many outcomes possible.

This document was linked on twitter - https://bgrdc.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/A-Trump-Peace-Plan-For-Ukraine-1.pdf

I guess Trump would love to get one over Biden in being able to say that he expedited peace in Ukraine. But obviously he needs a plan that is acceptable to Ukraine. There is still majority support for the war inside Ukraine ie keep the war going with no land for peace deal. With European support, Ukraine may not need the USA any more. But not sure how much Ukraine relies on American intel services though.

They'll just do what Russia has been doing for the last year. Get StarLink gear in another country and run it for 3 months until its switched off. But Ukraine also has NATO comms.

I wondered how the folks who voted for Trump feel about what Trump is going to do to Ukraine and then I realized they don't and didn't give a shit what he did, does or will do so long as he's sitting behind his desk at the White House. Like they did from the day he got elected back in '16, whatever crimes and treachery he committed before and afterward were excusable, ignorable, dismissible, avoidable, unexplainably explainable.

In fact, every bad thing Trump ever did doesn't need any explaining or excusing because as far as his supporters are concerned, all of it never happened and whatever trouble, damage and mayhem Trump causes from this very day forward will also be wiped clean from their memory and will also be wiped clean from our history books like so many other bad things Trump will try to rewrite out of existence.

Even if Trump doesn't do much of anything about the border situation besides creating more misery and pain down there, it has suddenly become a non-issue where it was a disaster a moment before. Building the wall is all for show because it doesn't do jackshit about actually securing our borders. yet it was and will be hailed as the best thing Trump ever did to keep those illegal murdering rapists and freeloaders out.

It's all a matter of perception, of creating a mirage, a charade of lies and disinformation that gave Trump his victory and of which will keep him in office.

As they did back in '16, the folks who elected Trump will now disavow any accountability for Trump's further acts of malfeasance because they know for a fact that they have aided and abetted a felon that committed and will surely commit more crimes in their name. They are as guilty as he is, they are as responsible and accountable as he is and because of that neither he or they will be held accountable for their actions especially since the Supremes had backed his play via the get out of jail free card they anointed him with.

Nobody's to blame for what's going to happen...well, of course nobody on their side will be to blame because how can millions of conservatives claiming perpetual victimhood status be blamable, right? Must be those liberal commies. Yep, it's those bastards. Always those bastards.

Yup. Cadet Bonespurs does nothing but shit on our allies and uplift our adversaries.

At least he's completely senile and feels our troops are disposable, that they're suckers and losers for being KIA or POWs.

Can't wait to see what Team Treason will blame low recruitment on after they do away with their favorite DEI boogeyman. I really feel for enlisted right now, especially women. Having a dementia riddled traitor who's being blackmailed for a CiC, who avoids security briefs like the healthy food and is as belligerent as he is ignorant. He prefers 'Yes Men' to expertise.

His return signals another phase of easy money for foreign spies too. FSB and MSS and are still popping champagne over this election I bet. Bibi probably still applying ice to his nethers, just salivating over the prospect of all that pristine parking Gaza will become. Maybe he'll let Trump make a golf course.

No Milley or Kelly to reign him in either this time. I'd love to know what that crowd is thinking right now.

My hope is that the American intelligence community scrubs the names of every Ukrainian asset from our records before Trump sells them out to Russia.

I mean, it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone.

Remember during Trump 1.0 when we literally in the middle of the night abandoned our Kurdish allies?

Everything is transactional moving forward.

Hilarious to see some of you in a panic, all because you’re afraid Trump will stop the bloodshed.

This is what the Democratic Party has turned into. A bunch of frothing at the mouth warmongers like Dick Chaney. It’s no wonder the Democratic Party got their asses spanked in this election cycle.

Thankfully Trump will come into power and clean up Biden’s mess and there will be peace again in Ukraine soon.

Did you ever come up with an answer as to why Putin thinks Russia can’t defeat NATO? Is he not as smart as you?
