onn is a house brand for Walmart. Quality wise, it's low end and if you can spend a little more, Hisense seems to punch better in the affordable class.
I was walking through a Walmart the other day and was astonished how dirt cheap TVs have become, at least the low end. Given the likelihood of tariffs jacking up the prices on things like this come January it would be wise to buy things like this in the near future if you have any plans to do so.

TVs have been dirt cheap for a few years, but you're getting more for your money as time passes. One of the trends is that the high end is being mainstreamed so you can get much more quality if your budget is $1000 (it used to be a multiple of that).
I'm not discerning enough to care, but hopefully when I'm buying a new set years from now it'll be today's higher end stuff at this onn price point.
