It may be coming whether you want it or not.
And it will be successful in locking down their permanent rule.

It seems to me that thanks to the Ukraine war, the weaponization of drones is going to spill over big time into the domestic and international terrorist market. So I don’t think we’ve seen anything yet.
And it will be successful in locking down their permanent rule.
Who's gonna do it? The Starbucks baristas, college kids, soccer moms? The GOP won the majority. 60% vets voted Trump. Not sure what it was for active duty but I'm sure similar.
This is crazy talk. How about we focus on better candidates/ideas/messaging and breaking thru the RW media ecosystem? Any violence that happens would get immediately clamped down and only further cements their rule - "See, we told you the left was bloodthirsty!"
Dumb, dumb, dumb.
1984 The Runaway. Was actually surprised that neither of those botched/crackpot assassination attempts on Trump employed a drone.
In that spirit, strikes me that the Clint Eastwood "The Dead Pool" (no, not _that_ Deadpool) movie may have been the first (outside of SF at least) to feature a drone attack.
Lol, where do you think typical resistance members come from? Sprout out of the ground with a rifle in one hand, molotov in the other?Who's gonna do it? Is this saying that Trump has captured the GOP or that he's bringing the circus to DC?I don't think a Trump Presidency is going to workout for the Republicans like they think it will.

Hey now, we buy our kids rifles at age 3 like the good lord intended, and not a day sooner. This is the US, bud.

lol GOP went party over country in ‘08 and have had sooo many chances to derail the trump train. They did not, they boarded and pressed the accelerator down. Victims, they are not.
What a time to run on purge on military leadership. Probably necessary if you plan to issue unConstitutional orders though.
Enemies, foreign and domestic, people.
- Plan potentially includes firing Joint Chiefs of Staff, including Milley appointees
- Pete Hegseth, Trump's defense secretary pick, supports Pentagon leadership overhaul
- Some US officials doubt feasibility of mass firings at a time of global turmoil
Putin probably still having shattering climaxes over the Pentagon getting neutered by his most rewarding asset. What do people like Mathis, Kelly and Bolton think of this lunacy I wonder? "Oh well" ?
“And the word loyalty is often used. I think that’s the wrong word. Actually, I think what Trump wants from his advisors is fealty, really a futile sense of subservience.
“And you know, he may get that, but I will tell you that that will not serve him well over the course of his next term, and it certainly won’t serve the country well.”
Competence isn't required when the people you are putting in place aren't intended to do the job they're assigned to.FWIW Bolton has commented on the picks
John Bolton sums up Trump’s ideal cabinet picks in one damning word
Trump’s former National Security Advisor said that rather than having ‘loyalty’ from those selected to serve in his new administration, the President-elect would prefer ‘fealty’www.independent.co.uk
Elzar from Futurama voice: "now this is why you need to use a non-stick white supremacist."Trump making jokes about how he can't get Elon to leave while Elon assumes a more and more public high profile is just laying out the ingredients for what's inevitably going to happen. Others in Trump's circle will see opportunity to push him out in favor of themselves. Simple court politics.

I'm going to make a bold prediction and say that Trump will do more impeachable shit at some point during his 4 years. And he might be the 1st president impeached in both his terms. I wonder if the GOP would actually stand up and take action this go around? Vance would be a terrible fill in, but I'd love to see Trump actually impeached out of office.
I know that won't happen but I do think if it gets to the impeach stage again, at least a couple Republicans will have the balls to get behind it.

Not even a rabbit hole. Trump was elected on the premise of cracking apart the govt, that's what he's doing.Yeah not to go too far down the rabbit hole, but it just feels like there's something bigger at play here.
