Solved! Red VGA light on motherboard, can't get to BIOS on new build

Hi folks. New builder. Specs below. Turned it on for the first time to install windows with a bootable USBc, but it shows the AMI logo in the top left corner of the monitor, will not respond to DEL or F12, and the red VGA diode is on. I've tried swapping the GPU for a different pcie slot but same issue. Any recommendations?

Mobo: B650 Eagle AX (rev 1.0)
GPU: Gigabyte Radeon RX 7700 XT
CPU: Ryzen 5 7600
PSU: MSI MAG A650BN

Plug to the cable into the mobo instead of the GPU.

So I figured it out and it's slightly embarrassing. I was using an ancient monitor until I get a nicer display in a couple days, and I mean like 20 year built-in dvd player old. Happened to have an HDMI in so I figured I could at least set up my BIOS and install windows on the thing while I wait. Nope. Finally plugged it into a newer display and all problems were solved. Go figure. Thanks for your time folks. A lesson learned on my first build.
