Eggs can last up to 5 weeks in the fridge. 60 eggs over 35 days is not unreasonable for one person to consume if they eat two per day.
There are times to be Scrooge and times for common sense. Big deal you spend slightly more per egg by getting a smaller pack. On Canadian deal site, guy asks, did I get food poisoning? He ate 3 week old head lettuce that he didn’t rinse. Apparently he makes huge batch of chilli that lasts for the full month. Like yikes, foods don’t stay fresh for this long in the fridge.

I usually buy 12 or 24 packs. I don't see 60 packs in my local grocery store.

Does it hurt having me in your head? Is that what's causing the blindness and anger?
Lets turn that frown upside-down!
It's the guy who supports sexual assaulters. Have you told the women in your orbit yet?

If one of them gets fingered by her boss or a celebrity without consent she won't get support from you.

I'm sure that makes you proud.

Sad for the dutiful housewife that accepts the misogyny that is running rampant by the base. Well they don’t need to worry about orange monkey inflation because her man will look after the finances.

Main issue is whether Trump actually does what he promised with respect to putting tariffs on everything. That will surely push inflation way up?
Curious as to whether it will provoke tariffs in response and thus cause a downturn in the global economy (i.e. if it will affect _me_, thus making it the worst kind of bad policy)

How do you get the conservative utopia you desire?

You deliberately turn the country into a shithole and make the smart people leave.

How do you do that??

Answer: this!

I see no reason to believe at this point he is not fully serious about massive tariffs. Yes, nations hit by them will retaliate in kind. We already got a preview of this last term when his China trade gambit destroyed US farmers Chinese export market and he had to bail them out with a huge slush fund. Expect the same but this time across many industries and there is not going to be any bailout.

The UK doesn't export much to the US anyway. Minis, drugs, and turbines are the heavy hitters. Total export trade to the US is ~$61 billion/year. Exports to the EU were £356 billion/year. Good thing y'alls didn't f' that up.

Maybe the one bright spot would be to kill the alfalfa export market that's eating up the water in the southwest.

LIAR. Pics? National average is $3.08 and you are trying to gaslight this forum you paid 1.69?

Fucking liar
Ever hear of Kroger rewards points? They're a thing. I rarely pay more than $2 a gallon for gas. My record for the year is $1.04.
My wife and one of my daughters voted for Trump, they think the rape thing is contrived bullshit as well.

It's telling that you instantly go to accusations and anger, maybe it's time to think or ask a question before looking the fool.

This is called being disingenuous and you know it. The real cost of the gas is $3 or $2. You then apply the $1/gal subsidy to get a final price of $2 or $1/gal. The $1/gal is not the actual advertised price, which is what anyone talking about fuel prices would actually be referencing

Hah I was going to start a thread for once but someone had the foresight to get on it already!

Calling around to see about replacing our aging deck with composite decking. We also want to replace an entryway door and put in small-ish porch type enclosure, as well as pour some cement in our driveway. We have a local guy that does good work, but he is very busy. It seems like everyone wants to get stuff done before the illegals are all deported. Labor prices have already gone up to get stuff done merely due to the threat of it happening. He was very busy before any of this happened, but he is concerned for his future as he can't find qualified workers as it is, much less with the threat of deportations effects echoing around the country.

I suspect I'll be replacing the deck myself in the spring if I can afford it.

That wasn't the price of the gasoline. You only paid that price because you had some reward points from a store. What you paid had absolutely nothing to do with Trump.
This whole thread is a little silly. I don't want to defend or accuse anyone, but his post is just about as useful as the original post. We cannot discern any impact Trump has had on inflation prior to his assuming office. Both the OP and Greenman's post are silly.

A global downturn would be deflationary but the side effect is unemployment.

You didn't pay 1.69/gal for gas. reward points gets you a discount over the retail price. Trump had nothing to do with it. BTW - We don't know if you really got a discount due to reward points. This could be a black people are stealing pets and eating them. JD already admitted you people will just make up shit just to win a point.

Trump's sexual assaults are contrived? I bet they think that listening to Trump and you despite Trump admitting on the radio is a sexual predator along with being adjudicated in court.

When your wife/daughter lose more of their rights it will be yours and their dumbasses fault. Mark my words it will happen.

I hope your wife/daughter find this hilarious.
