I can't understand what point the original tweeter was attempting to make. Presumably something to do with the complications of trans-gender acceptance, but I can't work out how the situation she describes is supposed to relate to anything that actually happens or that anyone would be bothered about if it did.

Why would "a man dressed up as a woman" use a men's urinal? Unless it's backstage at a production of a Christmas pantomime, I guess? But why would anyone care?

Is it supposed to be gender-flipped for rhetorical purposes? But if one flips all the genders of the depicted scenario it still doesn't fit anything that actually happens.

Many of them look pretty "cool" considered purely in isolation. And many of them have been historically used for entirely different purposes before the Nazis appropriated them (wasn't there a US military unit that used the deaths head symbol? And even the Swastika itself?). Probably a whole thesis could be written about the far-right and graphic design/iconography (and the far-left, for that matter). Kind-of tiresome how once they grab hold of something it gets tainted forever.

e.g.

BBC Radio 4 - Reclaiming the Swastika - 10 different uses of the swastika. None of them Nazi

The swastika is one of the most ancient symbols used by humans.
