The amount of money they've had sitting on the bench has been astronomical this year. Add to that the dreadful special teams performance and so, so many stupid mistakes and here we are.I don't know what the issue is, but I feel like the current construction of the roster is like a house of cards. One thing isn't right the whole thing looks like ass.
Case in point (ok maybe it's TWO things) Kittle wasn't out there and they looked horrible.
When Bosa wasn't out there, defense looked horrible.
Oh yea I forgot about the shit show the special teams has historically been for the 9ers and it's ALWAYS bad. I've never had a glimmer of hope that we'd return a kick off or punt ever. I wish they didn't even field a dude back there and just let the ball do whatever it does. The amount of money they've had sitting on the bench has been astronomical this year. Daniel Jones was released and signed with the cowboys...
While he might end up with the Cowboys, it won't happen until Monday. No one wants to be on the hook for his contract while he's on waivers.Daniel Jones was released and signed with the cowboys...
WTH, Niners are still top 7 in SB odds lol.Brock Purdy and Nick Bosa ruled out against the Packers.
FUCK!
A trendy one is for Kaaron to follow in Brett Favre's footsteps and rejuvenate his career in MN. No word yet on potential future welfare fraud.fraudgers has been terrible since he got there , there are usually at least 10 teams looking to change at qb a year, which team would pick up him?
Would not be dandy, not at all.If the Niners could keep Bosa and Purdy off the field next week as well, that would be dandy.
Because MVP overvalues wins. Josh was better than Lamar last season, but Lamar was almost unanimous. This season, Lamar is better than Josh, but it's Josh's to lose. Mahomes is 5th, despite being absolutely pedestrian, because of the aforementioned overvaluation of wins.Tonight's massive game between the Ravens and Chargers is simulcast on ABC. 🍿
Wow, Josh Allen is currently the betting leader for MVP, just ahead of Lamar Jackson.
Meanwhile, Niners chip odds have finally cratered.
You're correct that it's a popularity contest heavily weighted by team record. Josh Allen had 18 INTs a season ago, so it's hard to say he was "better" than the AP MVP. If you judge solely on numerical passing stats, Purdy was "best" but everybody remembers he got dominated in the Christmas game vs the Ravens. (Jackson adds significant value as a rusher as well.)Because MVP overvalues wins. Josh was better than Lamar last season, but Lamar was almost unanimous.
