Another question is whether Musk, now he has such a close relationship with the President, might seek to use the state and the legal system to try and suppress anything (such as Blue Sky) that threatens to eclipse his own overpriced toy.
It's not really decentralized. A long, and somewhat, but not overly technical review. Probably more than anyone wants to know...Sure but it's decentralized just like crypto.. it's not just 1 server in San Fran has to be shut down or blocked.

The current algorithm in X/ Twitter has helped the Kremlin gain a major foothold into our lives by reverberating the Kremlin’s point of view as mainstream acceptable. Then you have all these bots going around mimicking and echoing their prefered narrative and that distorts what we think of as a society. Think of yourself as a class in high school and 65% of you agreed to do something because it made sense to you but all of a sudden an algorithm on your phone is telling you your viewpoint isn’t just stupid.. it’s unpatriotic! That’s the reason I refuse to post/ engage on X/ Twitter anymore as it's basically having the Kremlin school teachers police your every thought.
Can you really compete with a brute force algorithm that is programmed to respond to 50 million people faster than you can even grab your cup of coffee to ponder your next move? Even the Pentagon with all it’s military budget can’t combat the misinformation put out by the Kremlin!
I’m not saying blue sky is perfect but I choose to not act like a brainwashed person and an agent of the Kremlin. And regarding not lasting.. it's already not lasting.. they were gaining 11 users a second.. now it's more like 4.
But that's also good in a way that a niche product isn't infest with bots who just keep reposting memes and vids which eat up so much bandwidth that the owners need to generate revenue by shady means.
