I contracted MS back then and I didn't need a fucking card or license from the state of CT. When they rolled out their MMJ program it was a shit show just like KY is now. I finally got a card in 2015.
I get my cannabis cartridges across the border in Cinci. I don't need a card. It's $150 here for the validation consultation prior to the $25 to the cmon wealth. I'll do the same thing and play it by ear until KY gets their shit together.
