@Fenixgoon 2 shots with the new RF100-400 I picked up the other week (click through for the full sized).
Those are super sharp. Very nice!!!@Fenixgoon 2 shots with the new RF100-400 I picked up the other week (click through for the full sized).
Indeed. These are also barely cropped. I just have to get used to this new R10 and its settings. Missed a few shots because I changed to a custom mode and forgot to raise the shutter speed, and still working through the auto focus modes I like the most. It's also not super heavy: comfortable to carry it around using the Peak Design Sling Lite attached to the camera body. Those are super sharp. Very nice!!!
Which shot(s)? I was using my macro lens so some were up super close at f3.5 (I think that's the lowest my macro goes at shortest/closest focus)f/1.5 ?
Nice. Reminds me I need to finish going through some photos I took in Arizona a few weeks ago (a bit more noodling around with the new R10 and the RF100-400).went out during a snowy day to get shots at my local park during sunrise.

Great shot!!
yeah that journal squared building shot is gorgeous!!!Went as chaperone for my daughter to a track meet the other day. Since I was stuck with the camera equipment, I couldn't really get a decent view, but I took a few. Here are the decent shots:
After that, on the way home, the Journal Squared buildings were covered in mist and, with the lights at the top, looked pretty cool:
Couldn't take a tripod to the museum, so I found a flat bar railing and set the camera up with all the kids running around -- kinda of sketchy, but I was going to get a shot of the Empire State Building!
I have a JOBY gorilla tripod, for when I need something super portable or concealable.Couldn't take a tripod to the museum, so I found a flat bar railing and set the camera up with all the kids running around -- kinda of sketchy, but I was going to get a shot of the Empire State Building!
