Question Windows 10 Pro stopped updating

Hello. I have a Win10 Pro computer configured as:
Ryzen 7 1800X
ASUS Prime B350A (updated BIOS to 04/2022)
16gb DDR4
Crucial NvME 500gb
Seagate 1tb spinning drive for data
XFX 8gb video card
650W PSU

My issue is that this computer has run just fine, and accepted Windows 10 updates for the past year. A couple weeks ago it stopped on the latest 22H2 update with an error. I want to move this computer to Win 11 anyway, so I installed a Ryzen 5 5600, and booted it up. Normal, routine issues with the CPU change on boot up, but resolved and it booted just fine. With the new CPU, I ran PC Health Check which says this computer is ready to go for Windows 11 now. However, the Windows Settings/Update screen still says its not ready for Win 11. I ran an update cycle, it downloaded a Windows 10 update, but crapped out on the install with the same error as before the CPU update, stating I should try the update later. I waited an hour or so and get the same results. Any ideas on what to look for here? I have not had trouble with other computers moving from Windows 10 to 11. Thanks in advance!

Run WINDOWS Trouble Shooter to identify the specific issue.
(Often times for me it turns out to not have the required "netframe" installed and I have to do that manually.)

And no, Windows "Health Check" is not the same as Windows "Trouble Shooter."

Thank you. I will try this today.
I should have posted this additional info yesterday: error code 0x80073701, update attempted 2025 01 KB5050081.
I Googled the error code and see several other methods, but have yet to try them. I will update after I've run your suggestion. Thanks again!
I only ran PC Health Check to validate that the CPU upgrade and BIOS update would make this older mobo Win 11 compatible.

I ran the WINDOWS Troubleshooter and it did not find anything. I rebooted, and this time, I see that Windows Update reports that this computer IS now ready for Windows 11. So rather than try to update Windows 10, I went ahead with Windows 11. I ran the Installation Assistant process from the Microsoft support website, and the upgrade downloaded and installed with no issues.

No changes on my part other than this computer had been "On" for about 30 hours, so my theory at this point is that the CPU change was slow getting registered with Microsoft licensing (?).
