I see even more like a Soviet Russia moment. MAGA are the neo Soviets. USA will be ruined and separated.MAGA is what MAGA is.
I view it as America's Nazi moment. There are inevitable consequences to that.
I do not want us on this road, but I will call out what I believe the road to be based on historical implications. From continued observation, I do hold a darker interpretation of how humans tend to behave.
Don't worry, I have things to lose. I won't be the one to fire the first shot. But I do call for the end of our Nazis.
As for MAGA stealing government property and giving it away. Bad things tend to happen to the new owners of stolen property. Also, having broken the rule of law, we've no reason to follow it in reclaiming and responding harshly to thieves. I expect Democrats to go just as hard against MAGA as MAGA goes against norms.
My suggestion to counter this is 1) no D votes for any red state disaster funding and 2) state leaders whip out the precinct map from the last election and start a little defunding of their own.
