She told me one of her clients, who is a hardcore Trumper, and also a federal employee, sold their house in a really nice/expensive area of MD (Bethesda) and moved to Deleware. They moved to Deleware because she could work remotely and the COL is peanuts compared to MD, especially that part of MD.
Well now she has to come back into the office full time and has absolutely no clue what she is going to do. Financially they cannot just move back into Bethesda as housing prices have gone up and they have their property in Deleware.
