Snow is supposed to start here around 3:00PM.

Going to rain 3 to 5 inches tomorrow. So of course I am not home and will miss out on the rain. I love the rain and we rarely get it in So Cal.

Warmed up to -10 now. Started to get some fire wood during my lunch break, will get more after 5. At least we have some light past 5 now so that's nice!

Oh man, for sure. It's got to be even worse where you are. Even at NJ latitudes, it still sucks hard.

Yeah that is one of the few things I don't like about here, we don't get much light. In the summer months we get tons of light though, but it's short lived.

Looks like we're in for another snowmageddon here...predicting between 1/2" and 1" of the foul white stuff! (and some of the surrounding areas might get 3-4" of the stuff!)

I'm sure the weather in Cali is normally lovely but the land is NOT friendly - fires, earthquakes, landslides, floods . . . It's almost biblical.

Of course the news emphasizes the bad stuff, but still . . .

Schools are on a 2 hour delay because of slick icy roads, and some state offices are closed or on a delay.

Seems the south is getting all the snow these days lol. Saw a pic of Wasaga Beach and it's pretty crazy. We used to get snow like that back in the day but not anymore. We have maybe like 2 feet now if that.
