Might be worth taking a look at the full price tag on those assets. Ukraine handed over weapons-grade uranium and plutonium, worth $770 billion in pure weight at the exchange rate of 2000.
In warheads, that adds up to nearly $1.1 trillion. Tactical plutonium charges ranging from 5 to 150 kilotons? No one even bothered to count those.
And the nuclear delivery systems—R-36M (Product 100), Tu-22, Tu-160—each worth anywhere from $800 million to a cool billion all got handed over to the Kremlin, no questions asked.
So if we knock off even that ridiculous number of half a trillion dollars in U.S. military aid from that sum, turns out America still owes us a lot of money.

Also, the idea that the president alone does stuff is kind of preposterous. The president is just the head of a team of people that execute on the vision. It's very clear that the team Trump brought along would be right at home in Mother Russia or the supervillain hideaway of a James Bond or Batman movie.-Ironically Biden with his mush for brains managed to right the economy post Covid, get inflation more or less under control, keep unemployment low, and even had the stock market skyrocketing by the time he left office.
