If you watch the video from the beginning, Zalensky was articulate, respectful, passionate, humble and willing to work with Trump. Trump for the most part was diplomatic and measured considering the delicate balance of trying to be a mediator between Zaleksy and Putin but still characteristically Trump.
However, Zalensky fell into the Vance ego trap.
Since you already know what happens at the end, its easier to see the seeds of what is about to happen starting with the "why didn't you wear a suit" question, trying to put him on the spot and embarrass Zalensky who explained he will wear one when the war is over. There are other cues and a little foreshadowing in word choices.
Watch it again, its more interesting the 2nd time around.
