Liberals have always said the Constitution is a living, breathing document which is how they first found a right to abortion.

So Liberals should cheer Trump's efforts to fire lazy bums in government based on his interpretation of Article 1.

All they have to do is pass a bill confirming all the changes he made.
Funny how you don’t think the president can cancel student loans despite 100% clear legal authority but you DO think that the president now controls all federal spending.

Do you ever think these things through?

But YOU personally think Biden had the power to do that, obviously, correct?

In fact based on your understanding here it seems that Biden should have been free to personally cut off all federal spending to wherever you live and give it to me. It's his budget, after all, right?

No one is going to jail for voicing their opinion.
Is this guy not in jail for doing that very thing?

The arrest raises serious constitutional questions, as Khalil is a legal permanent resident who has not been charged with any crime. Only an immigration judge has the authority to revoke a green card.

It's kind of "normal" to hear what I think is a military jet overhead on overcast days at around 1:30PM or so. Today the thing has been buzzing our area for hours. This is not normal. I wonder if tfhis an intimidation tactic? I guess I know more tomorrow if it happens again.

Do the work yourself, don't be physically lazy as well as intellectually lazy.
He has already ignored the examples given, so has no desire to do the work or learn the truth. He wants to continue to go thru life with his head up his ass, or rather his mouth attached to Trump's junk.

Executive orders can and are challenged regularly. It's that whole three branches of government thing. Unjustifiable cutbacks is null statement. I would argue that being thirty six trillion dollars in debt justifies spending cuts. "An atmosphere that chills democratic dissent" is a joke. No one is going to jail for voicing their opinion.
how can you say "cut spending" when congress is working on increasing the debt cealing by $19 trillion? That means they plan on increasing the national debt over 50% of what it is now. The only purpose of raising the debt cealing is to increase spending. as for "nobody is going to jail for voicing their opinion"... you obviously missed post #6, or rather you choose to ignore it because it doesn't support your bullshit narrative.

@Greenman has no firm positions on anything. It's only what Trump says. Forget the fact when Trump was handed a good economy in 2017 he raised the deficit by 50% BEFORE all the Covid spending.

Tell us again Greenie how you really care about spending.
@Greenman does have a firm position.. it's right between Trump's legs where he continues to gobble on Trump's junk.

Oh, you mean lawsuits against the Biden administration that where stopped by calvin ball rulings that where based on made up reasonings, which had no legitimate constitutional or legal basis to rule in such a manner?

The right to illegally enter the country and get Biden benefits.

The right to get your student loan canceled.

Etc...
The thing you didnt want to happen happened.
Now shit is happening.
Dust off the anti liberal shitstick and relabel it anti-swastica shitstick if you were ever real about the anti Trump thing.

I listened to this in the car this morning waiting for a train to pass. NPR asking DHS Deputy Secretary Troy Edgar about the detainment and probable deportation of lawful permanent resident Mahmoud Khalil. It was a pathetic display of refusing to answer literally any questions and misstating facts repeatedly after being corrected. It's five minutes of pure Republicanism. @Greenman and @pcgeek11 , this is how it's done.
