Therein lies the whole point of an actual court judgment and finding that the likes of Fox, OAN, and Newsmax lied. With an official judgment, there can be further actions to sanction or even revoke their news accreditation.
Smartmatic vs Newsmax settlement back in Sept.was $40 million. Initial ask was $1.7 billion, pared down to $370 million after some of Smartmatics execs were indicted for bribery. Pretty big Smartmatic boo-boo there.
Funny thing is that local Fox news is pretty good and often times combined with other networks. Here Fox and CBS are together. Fox weather is really good.
Fox national news is the propaganda machine but then aren't they all to some degree.
