If tariffs are here to stay for a long period of time there are many other factors that can go south... Military complex not selling outside USA except contract already made (and maybe not even those). Farms that used to sell through USAID, no more. From my understanding the prediction is ~2.6% growth in the American economy... so the -2.4% drag won't result in a recession, but it looks to be a real weakening in the economy.
