There has to be a term that describes the level of trumps incompetence. Incompetence itself is too weak of a term.

Edit:

I looked it up and the only thing that comes close is: manifestly incompetent which suggests that the incompetence is obvious and undeniable.

Still sounds too weak.

To describe Trump's incompetence, I would point to the names of every swinging dick and tit that voted for him and join them all up into one word to describe him because Trump may be an incompetent moron, but the folks who voted for him well, just imagine how incompetent they are for thinking that incompetent jackass they voted for was going to save the nation by slapping tariffs on our allies, gut out the essential social services the vast majority of the nation's working class depend on for welfare and security, alienate ourselves from our long time allies in NATO and declaring that the United States of America is now an ally of the long time enemies we've all known and despised for decades on end.

The other issue is sources for the CIA and whatnot have had their names released. Part of them signing on was having their names never released. That's just going to damage people's willingness to play ball with our intelligence gathering, since people might be worried some future administration might divulge what they did to help us.
