Age 76. I remember some of his fights...but especially "The Rumble in the Jungle" when he fought Ali in Zaire.

Foreman won his first world heavyweight championship in 1973 then did it again in 1994 when he was 45.

i am going to watch his original "knock out the fat" george foreman grill infomercial in his honor

i spent an entire summer watching him and ron popeil do infomercials

convinced my mom to buy a george foreman grill and used it to cook a ton of stuff for years

Roommate had one, soooo much chicken and grilled cheese went through it in those days. I made banana stuffed French toast in one of those once, made me a dorm chef celebrity for a week or so.

I didn't even know what a panini was 25 years ago, so George wins for introducing me lol

I still have a bunch of IT clients in the restaurant business from my food service days & we sometimes swap equipment...I got this beast a few years ago in a trade & it is hilariously awesome. It's so big that I have to keep it in my basement haha. 570F cast-iron plates FTW! (bread actually gets crispy!!)
