This is so weird, where is the psychiatrist ?
It is good for laughs, but seriously, this is detrimental for the health.
Walking abscesses.

This is a huge thing in India if I remember correctly. Completely based in body dysmorphia and what is considered the "ideal" body, and the easiest way to get it.
