Blessings and excesses are two different things. A family can have a meager income but their life can still be great if they are blessed whereas someone rich could have all the money in the world yet not be happy due to the pursuit of happiness driven by greed, lust and jealousy.

If you are using happiness as your measuring stick for being blessed, well god / jesus never guaranteed that either. Heaven is your prize for a life of serving god / jesus, even if that means youre tortured your entire existence on this planet for your steadfast belief.

OK, what about this as a dilemma?

Is the threat of a serial killer who ends up killing maybe max 1000 people worth having abortion available as an option for everyone and then allowing some scared would-be mom ending the future job opportunities and prosperity of thousands of individuals that was to be made possible by the singular vision of the unlucky soul that then never gets a chance?

I'm not in favor of or against abortion. I'm just asking the difficult questions. I would hate to be the one who has to answer these. These are super tough questions and I really don't want to take any side. Whatever happens, happens. It's kind of a damned if you will, damned if you won't situation.

God also tells us to use our brain. Both of those idiots were not stopped when it became evident that they were up to no good. History is repeating itself and people are mostly just being spectators. Everyone right now thinking that there is no way trump will invade Canada or Greenland and tomorrow we wake up and it's happening and then it's too late to stop.

I think this is what happened. trump discussed the possibility with his military advisors. They told him words like "futile resistance" and "neutralized in a matter of hours" and trump thinks that an attempt would be worth the effort (small to him in his mind) and the few lives (again in his mind) lost compared to the "greater" good (again, to him greater good is him and his buddies being rulers over the entire planet).
