Mostly bent pins, a bios flash, a couple working out of box. I don't care who is complaining about hardware or their credentials, make them prove they are not having a PICNIC. It is almost always the answer. If they do their due diligence and enumerate the troubleshooting steps and results, then we can talk about defects, bad QC, etc. Nor do I like the "Oh yeah I already did that" answers. Then why didn't you tell us that to begin with instead of making us pry it out of you? /rant
