That thing looks like a (pretty nice)waterpump you'd get at a good hardware store. Maybe a scientific technical shop, but ranked well below "medical supplies".

An Australian man lived for 100 days with an artificial titanium heart while he awaited a donor transplant, the longest period to date of someone with the technology:

I guess , the whole body is designed to cope with the pumping in steps sequence a heart does.
We have a lot of non-return valves on many places in our body, in the bloodvessels and organs.
If a mechanical heart will ever work, they have to make a pump that mimics the pumping in sequence a real heart does.
I read somewhere long ago that the red bloodcells cannot handle forced pumping a mechanical heart does. The red blood cells get damaged too soon.
Also in that article it was mentioned that platelets wil get active for no reason and make the blood clot in random places of the body.
Aftere that inflammation kicks in and causes more damage.

What gas burns green?
Lack of sufficient oxygen can make natural gas flame green. Which makes sense in an underground pipe.

Pinging @Pohemi I found this font posted on lemmy. Supposed to be good for poor vision, and it's fairly attractive.

They annoyingly want an email address to download the font, and guerrillamail addresses don't appear to work, so here's a google fonts download...

They don't have all the variants(mono is missing), but it should cover normal applications. It has a libre license( SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1 ), so you can use it for anything, including commercial use.

Small excerpt from text :
"
NASA’s Curiosity Mars rover has detected the largest organic (carbon-containing) molecules ever found on the red planet. The discovery is one of the most significant findings in the search for evidence of past life on Mars. This is because, on Earth at least, relatively complex, long-chain carbon molecules are involved in biology. These molecules could actually be fragments of fatty acids, which are found in, for example, the membranes surrounding biological cells.

Among the molecules were decane, which has 10 carbon atoms and 22 hydrogen atoms, and dodecane, with 12 carbons and 26 hydrogen atoms. These are known as alkanes, which fall under the umbrella of the chemical compounds known as hydrocarbons.

What gas burns green?
Someone already said that natural gas can do that, but green flames can come from copper, boric acid, and apparently ammonia. If you throw some copper wire in a campfire you can get green flames.

Arsenic burns blue. You can see it when some numpty burns treated lumber. The older stuff anyway. I don't think they use it anymore.

I will raise you with : Mission to mars.
Yep, Mission to mars , at least no freaky appearance like Xtro.

The best way is to tell the astronauts and also to tell Elon Musk :
Bring along those methanogens , and those CO2 consuming cyanobacteria :

Small excerpt from text :
"

The bacteria that can capture carbon

30 August 2023
Scientists have recently discovered a microbe, a type of cyanobacteria, off the coast of a volcanic island near Sicily that eats carbon dioxide (CO2) "astonishingly quickly".
Cyanobacteria are a type of bacteria that use photosynthesis to obtain energy, capturing carbon in the process, and the new strain is "one of the fastest growing cyanobacteria… ever reported", says Tierney. He describes cyanobacteria as "nature's little alchemists" as they absorb large amounts of CO2 and can convert it into useful resources, such as fuels or biodegradable plastics.
"

I forgot to mention that these CO2 consuming bacteria, also have started to exist in large masses at the deepwater horizon offshore drill platform since the oil leaks ever since the 2010 explosion. There is a massive amount of bacterial increase, that are able to breakdown hydrocarbons and produce CO2, and other bacteria that consume CO2.
And there is methanogenesis also happening.
