I am 100% onboard hating American Nazism, calling it what it is, and calling for action.

However, what exactly is the alleged crime... is it real?
  • Obstruction of Justice by ""intentionally misdirected federal agents".
Is that supposed to be a crime?
I am curious just how ugly the FBI's action is. Their pretense may be relevant to the severity of the FBI's crime here.

Read a comment that one of the "dangerous individuals" that the government kidnappers went after was there for an audience because... a fight with the neighbour because of loud music.

Some more details in the WSJ article.

Milwaukee Judge Charged With Helping Man Evade Immigration Enforcement

The conflict touched off when agents went to the Milwaukee courthouse to arrest Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, who was living in the country illegally, ahead of an April 18 hearing in a domestic-abuse case, a Federal Bureau of Investigation agent wrote in a 13-page criminal complaint filed in federal court outlining the allegations against Dugan.

It said Dugan became angry, left the bench and confronted the agents, asking if they had a warrant. When they said they did, Dugan went back into her courtroom and ultimately escorted Flores-Ruiz through a door leading to a private area of the courthouse. He made it outside, but federal agents spotted him and chased him down, the complaint said.

The complaint charges Dugan with obstructing a proceeding before a department or agency and concealing an individual to prevent discovery or arrest. She has been released after appearing in federal court in Milwaukee. The next hearing is set for May 15.

That does seem to be 1: Aware. 2: Intentionally helping.
I would assume it is obstruction given those circumstances.

Now whether and how we should resist is another matter.

Agree. It's not trumped up charges based on a ruling of hers.

Indeed. The problem is that everything this administration has done taints what might be a legitimate instance of arrest.

Why should we believe a bunch of lying fascists on this matter or any other?

Here is an Australian new view on the matter.

Given the fact he was appearing on a violent matter, she shouldn't have aided him no matter her personal beliefs.

There very well may be a lot of concerning facts to be unearthed. That said, this is not someone without means being rushed away to an El Salvadoran gulag. She has due process rights, and this doesn't fly without evidence.

And she let the fellow out the back door, lets not ignore the details.
Wasn't the underground railway underground for a reason. And think of all those German traitors who hid Jews from the Gestapo. Think of how the Devil must look at all those who escape his grasp by finding a doorway to Heaven. American law is riddled with injustice for people who are certain who is guilty and who is not because it insists on procedures that demand evidence. What if the warrant the FBI was trying to use a warrant that did not legally apply, were informed of that fact, and went ahead anyway. Who was in fact obstructing justice?

If you have been conditioned to think that conservatives are constantly hampered from doing what's right, based purely on their own also conditioned moral opinions, you will see injustice and evil where it does not exist. Our whole legal system was devised to keep people full of blind moral certainty from acting like a lynch mob. That mob thinking has not taken over the executive branch, the congress, and is now gunning for the courts. Soon there will be nobody to save you or your wife when some fine neighbor figures out how to put your new house up for sale so his relative can move in. Have a care as to where your thinking can lead. No liberal judge would, when the facts are laid out, allow that judge a free pass to allow someone to evade law enforcement. Her actual guilt or innocence will be judiciously decided, not by the opinion of individuals

You moral belief which I share, that people are too quick to judge has made you too quick to judge that all judgment falls into that category in my opinion. Just saying....

Whoa there buddy. Has there been a trial that established that? We can’t be jumping to conclusions here.
That was the accusation, not the verdict. I never claimed that she committed a crime, just that part of the story seemed to have been left out.

As with most stories that have a political aspect to them, inconvenient parts are omitted. That's why it's always to wait a week or to before jumping on the bandwagon.

Ever consider that it might have been left out because it was false? Should we include every false statement to make sure nothing inconvenient is left out?

It’s always a case, though, to consider if one’s lack of appetite for jumping to conclusions is motivated purely out of a deep and pure sense of fair play or if that sense has not itself been contaminated by unconscious contempt for those quick to judge leaving a distaste to come to the same conclusions. There is a tricky balance here.

If you always appear never to see guilt that to others seems obvious you will, it seems to me, trigger in them a need to see you as a threat to their sanity. Egos always want to be right.

You can take this with a grain of salt from a person who knows he doesn’t know anything.

It just P&N. The simple reality is it's a hate fest just like any other. The labels change, everything else stays the same.

MAGA has not changed in 10 years. It is just a cancer that grows. And now through the cutting of science, MAGA is helping literal cancer grow.
Thanks for that.
For those that do not know, cancer is the only living cells of the human body that can live "outside" the human body IIRC indefinitely. Plug for Roanoke Gaming. Helps to relieve the stress from the orange waling brain dead, and stephen miller rants broadcast live.

Just saying.
