    I currently have a 2900XT, which uses the 6 and 8 pin connectors. Since I have everything neatly routed behind my mobo, it is quite a chore to replace cables. Can I just use the current 8 pin in the 6 pin slot on my 4870? Thanks.

    Uninstalling the drive didn't help. Also, even if I was in PIO mode 4, the transfer speed should be much faster. PIO mode 4 has a max transfer rate of 16.7 MB/sec, and even PIO mode 0 has a max transfer of 3.3 MB/sec...I seem to be locked at 1.5 MB/sec. Should there be 2 entries for Channel...

    Just out of curiousity, what is a normal reading for the -12v and -5v line? Using MBM5, I've been logging my voltages, and consistently get readings of 1.65-1.75 v on the -12, and 2.65-2.75 on the -5 v line. Is this normal? Thanks.
