    Temperatures on gigabyte motherboards

    Hello Looney, I have the same exact CPU. Although idle temp is not quite that high, It runs at about 41/42 sometimes. I also know this can't be right because I got an alpha sink on it and the heatsink is COLD to the touch. It's not even warm. I don't know...but I don't trust these temperature...

    AGP Apperture Size

    I see this question constantly being posted in forums. :) Your AGP Aperature is said to be set at half your memory. However, I disagree with this. Most of the time you won't be able to go above 128MB without your computer freezing on you. Keep your Aperature at the default for most boards...

    Yeah, They are hard to find BUT if you use high quality media, you'll be able to burn at 40x with the drive. I tested both 24x and 32x CDR's and they both wrote at 40x with no errors. Of course it's not recommended.

    The Nomad II MG does not have a volume problem. Actually, you won't even get anywhere near the max. There are HUGE differences in quality with the Nomad II and the Nomad II MG. The MG is the best flash player. hands down. :)
