linksys DMA2200 and the hdhomerun

i thought it was possible to have the dma2200 directly access the hdhomerun tuner w/o the need to go through a windows media PC? i have a media center pc running vista ultimate, and i really don't want to keep it on to have the dma2200 access the hdhomerun. any way to handle this?

what do you think about the ATI 4350 and 4550 offerings? they use about 20-25 watts, which is much less than the 9500GT.

the more i read about ZFS, the more i like it. the idea of a pool for all media sounds really nice. just drop whatever media you have, regardless of what it is, and it gets allocated into the pool. unless, i'm understanding it wrong.

unfortunately, i think i have the older core. is there any way to tell other than to take the HS off? i'll stick with the spare parts along with the 8400gs. later, if need be, i can always add another video card. thanks for the information. :)

Thinking about getting rid of landline phone service...

there's a certain feature that fax machines have that doesn't work well with VoIP. i think it's something to do with a faster transmission rate. when i had lingo, i could never get a fax to go through unless i disabled that feature.
