Them requiring you to sign a retainer is different. Paragraph 4 could be a problem.
If your claim is successful, then you agree to pay to the attorneys a fee equal to 40% of the gross amount recovered for you.
Under no circumstances will the attorneys collect an unreasonably large fee...
I do see issues with network items under This PC. Half the time it won't see my NAS when I open File Explorer. I have to keep it pinned for quick access. It still takes several seconds to search before it opens.
I prefer 11's UI actually. The only issue is I tested 10 on this build before switching. I did note around a 4% performance loss on some benchmarks after the latest 22H2 update. Heaven and Firestrike mainly. It games well, and no crashes.
I think of it more as a parenting skill. You would not send a child out in vehicle without being able to change a tire would you? Basic maintenance and troubleshooting is the same.
One thing I just recently learned from an upgrade with RGB memory, the memory sticks is still powered up during sleep. This kept the RGB's lit even while asleep. I had to start using hibernate to shut down the RGB lights on the memory at night. I am curious though, will the extra writes...
They both have the same mg of medicine. It's just concentrated in the 10ml dosage. If the bottle size stayed the same, you get double the amount of doses per bottle.

Here is a really good program to see if you are vulnerable to Spectre or Meltdown. It also has the ability to turn off the fixes if you are having severe slowdowns. Also if you click on the ghost in the upper left corner you can get more tech information about...
One thing AMD is missing the boat on is allowing us to right click on the Radeon settings and load Wattman profiles without having to go through the trouble of opening Wattman.
DDU is safe to use. It only affects the GPU driver. AMD uninstaller on the chipset driver will wipe everything including the GPU drivers.
I played for about 4 hours last night on the new driver. I was surprised it went so smoothly. Usually when introducing so many new features, I always...

It looks like the Fall Creators update made some changes under the hood with core parking. I am getting some interesting results getting off the AMD power plan. Some interesting things going on with how it interacts with my mobo.
I have tried a 2.5 along with the m.2. It all started when I woke up to a BSOD that was unrepairable. I reinstalled and checked that drive. It had one retired block, so I thought maybe that was bad, the drive was about 6 years old. So I swapped for the m.2 sata drive. Did two different...
My SSD finally started going bad and I picked up a new one. Did a fresh install. Every time I try to click a link from an external program it takes 30 second to a minute for a web page to open. If I click a link in Discord, it will totally freeze until the page is open. Thunderbird does not...
I had to revert back to the older driver. It raised my idle temps by 11C, and getting a bunch of random core speed jumps while sitting at idle. I was getting a couple FPS increase in benches.
The problem is AMD's marketing is the worst. When they have a chance to hit the bullseye, they concentrate on what's behind it and miss the target entirely.
I found a janky way around it. Treat P0 as XFR speeds and set it to 4.1. Set P1 to 4.0ghz. The voltage will make a jump to P0 speeds, but Multiplier, stays at P1. Benchmark numbers come up at 4ghz speeds. The only down side is some programs report my speed as 4.1ghz. That makes my scores...
If I only change P0 It maxes out at 3.2ghz even though I have it set to 4ghz P0. That's with everything else left alone. If I change P1 and P2 to manual, it still does the same thing. 3.2ghz down to 2.2ghz. If I change min cpu power to 100%, it still only does 3.2ghz.
I did run some CPU...
Working on P state overclocking now. I am running into trouble that It wants ignore P0 and only go up to P1. If I make P1 identical to P0, then it won't drop to P2. Any ideas?
There is one idea that I have not seen discussed. What if Nvidia fixes their DX 12 driver to get a similar boost on Ryzen as the AMD GPU's. That would mean total defeat on Intel's part for now. Even if Intel would bring out the next generation, with a real 15% increase across the board, that...
Updated to the 1002 on the Crosshair board. Night and day difference. More stable, only downside is it wrecked manual fan control for me. Changing the offset to 83 and using the silent settings got it close enough.
LLC seems to be working a fair amount better. 4ghz is performing way...
Trying the 1002 for the Crosshair. There are a few things it fixed, but I noticed there was a small hitch in my OS every now and then and that appears to be gone. The worst thing, it broke my manual fan profiles. It will not let me set the CPU fans less than 60% now on manual. I had to set...
