The biggest differences I've been able to discern are those above and that it processess audio internally at 32bit which may suggest HD Audio compliance...Although Creative's specs...
And FM radio and Easylook (10' UI) and EasyShare (send TV across your network - anyone can control the channels) and DVD player with same easlook interface and media library etc.
