regular is already nearly $4.50 here so I expect to see $5 gas w/in the new couple weeks at the rate we are going. Boat gas on the other hand is already at $5 at most places. ahhh
IIRC, most states require insurance companies to refund the unused pro-rated portion of $ if you cancel or switch policies.
That said, don't cancel if you still have property that is insurable -- simply modify the policy to lower it (ie: liability only).
As far as I remember, most Lexus' do not lease well. At least thats how it was when I was looking a couple years ago. Lexus is a car that you want to buy anyways -- they are one of the most reliable brands.
I am happy that I have a full tank in the boat from the fall when gas was $3.25-ish per gallon. Now its about $4/gallon. Multiply that by 75 gallons and thats PAINFUL. Can't imagine the guys with gas tanks that hold hundreds of gallons.
Try filling up a boat. I need to use 3-4 different credit cards because of the $75 limit. Sometimes you can just go inside and they will reauthorize the card. I wonder if I went in first if they could just authorize the card for a large amount.

I work in Midtown and I was just thinking the other day about crane collapses. NYC is a dangerous place -- between 9/11, steam pipe explosions, building collapses, and crane collapses.

When I was interning at 18-19 I was managing people 2-3 times my age. I am not a normal person for my age in terms of experience. However, you quickly learn that its all about respect, camaraderie, and coaching others.
Welcome to a couple of years ago. You used to be able to see more than pictures but they fixed a lot of the security holes. This is why I tell people when I am recruiting to pretend anything on their facebook profile can be seen by anyone regardless of privacy settings.
