    Install Intel TAT or CoreTemp and see if the temps are the same. These two programs actually read the true temp from a probe inside the CPU itself. That would give you a more likely reading on what the temp actually is.

    Because the clips are attached to the heatsink itself.. There's no way you can get a screw driver in there from the top to get the clips to hook onto the P4 retention bracket. You have to do it at eye level, ie flat below the heatsink on a open table.

    Just received mine.. Boy is this thing huge.. I have a IC7 Max3 and you definitely have to remove the OTES. The only way this thing will fit is for the heatpipes to face up requiring the removal of the OTES. Also there is one capacitor that needs to be bent/forced bent by one of the heatpipes...

    Well just received my Abit IC7.. I have a 2.4 SL6RZ that does 190 FSB on my other Abit IT7 Max2 v2.. But can't seem to get it stable that high using the Abit IC7.. So far stable upto 167 FSB on the IC7.. Wonder if this is a common problem with 875p and 533 FSB CPUs??
