    Wierd G-Sync behavior

    the 970m needs an E-DP connection with a G-sync enabled Vbios I have 980m and had to do this. Double check your laptop has Gsync capability, if not use custom g-sync bios and connect thru displayport or thunderbolt

    G-sync is great, i think it is an amazing feature. Free Sync probably has the same effect, although i haven't used Free Sync. With G-sync games can run with SGSSAA and DSR and feel very smooth they can even resemble a movie at PAL/NTSC 18, 23.976, 24.97, 25, 29.99 fps. I only lock those...

    I have a Gsync IPS 100hz display on MSI g220 laptop. G-sync is really good at low fps. It looks amazing from 30-45 FPS in GTA V. I run gta maxed out at 1.25x DSR. FPS ranges from 22-70, usually stays at 34-45. I set the Gsync display to 75hz, and cap the games framerate at 37 fps...
