you need to get the target painter gun, which is available in about half of the onslaught maps. then just pick where you want to focus the attack, and then paint the target for ~ 5 seconds. You'll hear the audio alert about an airstrike if you do it successfully

It's a Gateway key, which means it's an OEM license. The key won't work on retail, corporate, msdn, or PE versions of XP. Neither Key lists or generators include OEM keys because they're only good for restore images from OEM vendors.
