    Alright, what happened is I lost video, opened up the Xbox, replace the thermal paste, removed the x clamps and added screws which I tried various tightness's for but 1 of the times I didn't notice the Xbox was still on... It used to take it about 10 seconds before it would red ring (3 rings)...
