I went to the event in Madison, Wisconsin. I am employed by the University of Wisconsin, but also have a self-employed business. I happened to register with my University account and was told that if "you receive a government check" you cannot get any of the handouts...not even a cookie! I...
I got a mess of letters back from these folks and out of the 15 or so I sent in, about 12 were denied and only a couple accepted, but needed more info. It was all a pain in the butt to get all the numbers before...now all the denied ones I find out were because the transcribers of my submissions...
Got one early and will price match tonight. Thought people might like to know what is inside the Cisnet. Motherboard is MSI #MS 7103 ver 1: Seagate 7200rpm 120GB Ultra ATA Barracuda HDD; SATA slots; 2 PCI (one open; 1 AGP open; 2 memory slots with one 512 Crucial ddr 400 installed; BenQ DQ60...
Definately go to Goodwill or some resale store to find a bunch of barely used machines. In Madison, Wisconsin, there are usually half a dozen to chose from in the $10-$15 range. Often the box and books come with them.
Grabbed a couple of these. I then noticed that there is only a 20 print pack included. Is everyone else getting the same or do some of these come with a 100 print pack?
This stuff is really fantastic. I used it to make a mess of planter boxes along with 1x2 treated wood as a scew base. I was able to paint it to match the house and it should last a long time. Neat product.
Bigballer, The serial number contains nine numbers - mine is with 143XXXXXX. I may return this as well as I really want a black faceplate, but the BenQ seems to begetting some pretty good reviews. For ~$50 plus tax and a safe Staples rebate, not a bad deal.
I just got one of the Pacific Digital 16x DVD Recoders at Staples using a $20 coupon. it is a BenQ. There is a paper label stuck over another on the back. At the bottom of this label is this: "Label Part#: 1852-16-BQ-3". End label reads PN: U-30265. Hopethis helps some body.
Maybe the rebate is good as it is linked above as Amazon also lists this as the rebate form to submit: http://images.amazon.com/image...M.01.RB01.LZZZZZZZ.jpg and there is no indication on the rebate that buying from Broderbund disqualifies the rebate. I'l going for it.
Oh, and one word of caution......a friend of mine found out the hard way.......no designs done in Version 4 or earlier are importable into version 5 or this Version 6.
The link to the Sharp rebate in OP's post specifically states that "online only e-tailers" are excluded from this rebate offer. I think that is very plainly stated that a buy from BuyCom will not fly.
Does anyone have a receipt to post? I was able to pick up the last pack of these and the rebate spit out, but the price was $19.99. I could PM with a receipt copy. Thanks.
If you log onto the Aldi site as linked in Surr's post, the computer pages have a "Click here for additional information" link that gives a whole lot moer information about each of these machines.
My 600m is set to ship on or before October 29. Sorry, off topic, but DonVito - how can you be "Go Badgers" & " Go Vikings"? Somehow that just doesn't seem right.
Motorola Cable Modem model SB5100. The local Target has a ton of these on clearance for $34.98, sku #090-00-6532. CC has this modem at $79.99 with a $20 MIR. Use the floating CC $10 coupon, Price Match to Target and with the $20 MIR, modem comes out to about $5.00 plus tax.
"This model doesn't come with a wireless card, but there is a card slot for a mini-PCI wireless card and the antenna is already set up to go."
Is the wireless card slot actually installed so that all one has to do is slip in the internal card, or does the socket need to be installed as well. I...
I just get this message "We?re sorry, we were unable to service your request. As an option, you may visit any of the pages below for information about Microsoft services and products." I have tried cutting and pasting, typing the URL in and get nowhere. Any one have any ideas. Thanks!
Likewise a request for a receipt scan. The kit linked above scans as $39.97 in my Sears. I would like to get a set of these at $19.99, but the $40 is toomuch. Is this the correct product as far as part/UPC number? Thanks.
There is a very funny episode of the "Myth Busters" on cable where they put two dead pigs in a Corvette and seal it in a packing container in the California sun for about month to see if it is possible to get the stench out........No it wasn't possible even with strippping the car of everything...
I got in as well, but the under $5000 annual purchase does not allow me to be a "PurchasEdge member". But another year of PC mag is good enough today. Thanks OP for the info.
Curious, if you go to KLH's website, they list the MSRP for the HTA-9706 speakers as $149.99. How does Amazon ever get a "retail price" of $279.00 on these?
Nebula, Would you save a poor soul the time and effort of a search, and give at least a good hint of where to find a key to allow using a bundled Nero to work on other drives? Thanks a bunch.
