The I7 3770K was still at $229 yesterday. I was in the DFW area for the Armed Forces Bowl and couldn't resist picking one up. There's only one Microcenter in the state. Should work well in the hackintosh I'm planning.
I bought a used 35 mm camera off EBay and a warranty from SquareTrade. The camera failed a couple weeks before the warranty expired. They reimbursed me for the full cost of the camera with very few questions. Great company!
Bought it from a junk yard in 1979. I had the fenders flared, Cragar Mags with 50's on back and 60's up front. Muncie 4 speed, 3 1 barrel carbs w/Offenhauser intake and Clifford exhaust on small straight six engine. Very low budget rebuild on 16 year old's budget (called in a lot of favors...
I don't think I'd use an extension cord for an A/C. The longer the cord the more dangerous (fire hazard) it will be. That's why the outlet is so close to the window. I think you'd be safer with a 220v A/C. Maybe you could trade someone.
1969 Camaro. $550 from a junk yard when I was 16 (1979). Took about a 18 months to get it looking/running good!
Corvette Beige with slightly flared fenders
4 Speed close ratio Muncie
3 1 barrel carbs on an Offenhauser intake
50's on back, 60's on front
Air Shocks (of course)
Leather interior...
Ditto. Exactly what I would do. If you don't come up with any thing, then I would look at the case headers. I would unplug them all (before trying to apply pwr) and then plug one in with pwr off and then turn it on (start with the power switch). If no success, leave that one plugged in and...
This sounds like a short or you else the UPS cannot handle the 750 watt psu (probably not the case since you're not really loading the psu down). Check your motherboard mounts.
 I'm too old to ride a crotch rocket anymore...(previously owned 83 v45 Interceptor and 84 FJ1100) so I ride Harley's now. Current ride is an 03 SuperGlide.

Not quite true.
Why are you really worried? I think that Retro2001 is safe and does not have to worry about radiation from isotopes of U238.
The article that was mentioned in your link that I referred to was from several years ago...The facility was allowed to accept it prior to the...
I think you're reading too much into the chart and overstating its importance. Read the links below gleaned from hyper links off the the site where you took the chart.
N R C decides that DU is a low level waste.
Texas Department of Health approved the disposal of DU counterweights at a...
The percentage of other isotopes in depleted uranium is such a small percentage....So why the worry. During the process which results in its creation, most of the isotopes are removed. I still wouldn't worry about it. All uranium isotopes are primarily alpha emitters, anyway.
Such as ??? (what isotopes would tag along?)
Anyhow, U238 emits alpha particles like you said, so it would not be much of a concern since it looks like it is encased in something at least as thick as paper....
