Regarding the tearing issue... I've been running a Radeon 5450 and recently have been finding the same issue. I solved it (after MUCH Google Fu) by changing the system performance settings to "for Best Appearance" and then selecting the Windows 7 Aero theme (I was using the Win 7 Basic theme...

Will my X1950Pro play Starcraft II adequately?

Help - Excel and Time Units

Does anybody know how to get Excel to take, for example, a cell value 1.5 hours and show it as "1:30" without it thinking the value is 1:30 am? In other words, for excel to recognize the value just as units of time and not a time of day. RadMan

Western Digital 80 GB Slow Boot

Printer autostarts when computer boots, want to turn off!!!

I have a Canon BJC-4100 with the 3.97 drivers installed on a Win98SE machine. The parallel port is set to standard on an Asus K7V mobo with Bios 1007. The printer turns itself on when the computer boots. This is not desirable for me. Any clues on how to disable? Thanks in advance, RadMan
