Honestly, it looked like you got an early lead, which makes sense given your team comp, then your supports just decided to farm a bunch and build useless items. Once you got past like 40min I don't see a way your team could have won a teamfight.
The only thing I could see working would been...
I think you should have gotten a manta style and played the split push game or something, I dunno. Honestly once the game got past 40min or so your time lost most of its effectiveness, especially with your supports item choices. Also, I think blink is like 100 times more effective than force...
You're thinking of shadow Shaman, not Witch Doctor, and yes you can surround with your wards.
Note for if you are trapped in wards, phase boots lets you walk out of them
No caster said that, S4 never even had a force staff that game.
Whatever, I don't really care, you are obviously one of those people who just complain about everyone else being bad. Honestly, if you are being matched with horrible players, your mmr must be pretty shitty too.
How is it incorrect if you didn't actually know the mechanic? Just because it was different in Hon doesn't mean you were not wrong. It seems you are just making excuses to me.
"Oh I'M not wrong, but if someone else makes a mistake, they are bad players and if I was in charge I would ban...
How does he even know the Valve employee was the one who punished him?
He apparently also posted this "I have had no Chat-Suspension for a month+ nor any LP reports for the past 2 weeks."' Which shows that he had actually been muted and LP'd before.
He literally said this in the complaint thread
"This game is LITERALLY unplayable for 6 days because I don't want to play with faggots"
Yeah, I don't feel sorry for him.
Playing support IS harder than playing carry. Good supports dictate the pace of the game, and are the ones who get stuff done early game. Of course, just sitting in lane with your carry, soaking up XP and trying to out last hit him doesn't make you a good support :P
Quas Wex is really had to play now because of invokers horrible base damage, you pretty much need to go with blade of attack, tango, and branch in order to even hope to do decently.
Leshrac and windrunner are fun heroes to play. I like them because of how versatile they are, they can be a support, but if your carries are horrible, you can farm up some items and get stuff done. When I was new my last hitting sucked so I liked to play gankers so I could go around and kill stuff
You're looking at it too literally. Supports "support" the farmers by making space on the map for the farmers to farm. So while a Windrunner can be played as a support, she can also be played as a farming core hero being supported. You can't just lump every non hard carry together and call...
I think Dota is the same. I've been in games with four stacks and they are normally terrible. At the higher levels I think it doesn't matter as much because people know how to play the game so the team aspect gives more of an advantage than lower skill, but on lower level games where people...
Games played != skilled
I've played with people with over 1200 wins, which ends of up being 2400 or so games played and they don't even know the basics of the game like stacking and pulling, dewarding, smoke ganks, or even hero skills.
Nah, I went a couple weeks and played with my friends who are really bad and lost like every game :P
Then I went back into solo queue and my MMR had tanked and I was very sad
Game is out of beta :O
If anyone wants to add me for some games my username is SourFacedCyclop
My dotabuff is anyone is interested http://dotabuff.com/players/64713027 (I am pretty shitty T_T)
Also, just a quick question to anyone that might know. Is it normal to ask something fairly specific about a programming language or tech process in an interview? Like I was expecting more open ended questions like "if you needed to validate a users file to ensure it is withing acceptable size...
Rofl yeah. I just with they were more specific with their job posting. They listed everything under the sun even though when I got there they said it would be 95% web dev stuff. If I knew that I wouldn't have spent so much time trying to brush up on all the other stuff they filled their...
