Id rather not formatt the drive as they have stuff on there I dont want to backup and possibly become infected during a backup.

Have you run a virus scanner?
I see IPod Service which makes me think that your ITunes or whatever software your using for your IPod is corrupt and you might want to uninstall it, re-download it and then re-install.

Disable your onboard graphics in Bios
Run Driver Cleaner and remove all Nvidia/ATi video card drivers
re-install your nvidia drivers
see if that helps.
I dont know much about your problem but i do know that Norton is crap. Especialy when you dont use anything else.
Unintsall Norton and get AVG free edition or Avast free. (google them, dont have links on hand)
I just had an OCZ psu burn out on me. I have 2 antecs currently and 1 on the way, both antecs have lasted for a Long time. Id check for a Antec PSU :)
Just my Opinion. While my OCZ worked it ran great.
Ive ran my share of Intel and AMD setups. My GF is currently running a P3 1ghz with 512m Ram and im on a AMD 64 3000+.
I choose AMD over intel because i know AMD, ive used them MUCH longer than Intel and im more familiar with the AMD scene than with the intel scene.
