The specifications state that it is a 2x512mb pack of ram. I wouldn't order this unless you thought that 1 gb (total) of DDR2 for $89 is a good deal. It actually still seems pretty decent for 1gb ddr2, but I wouldn't expect to get the 2gb.

Like Thump said, you will definitely need a headphone amp for these phones. I can't remember whether they have a 300 or 600 ohm impedence, but it's very high. Can't be driven by a headphone jack on a sound card or cd-rom drive, or even many all-in-one receivers. I shouldn't say it won't work...
