Thank you for your input. I was already leaning towards more modern hardware. Just wanted thoughts from others. in the grand scheme of things saving 150-200 on a motherboard shouldn't be my deciding factor.

howdy my motherboard accepts up to 4 gigis but when i have 4 x 512 sticks of ddr400 ram in it it drops to ddr333 so im wondering which would be better to run the one gig 2 x 512 of corsair twin x plat ddr 400 or 2 gigs of it @ ddr 333 thanks for your help

i had one of these mine was a 71 straight 6 dual carbs was a blast to drive i bought it for 400 and beat the piss out of it she took everything i could toss at it , sold it for 300 about 2 years later free bump

ok so i put it back to 12/5 it went to 400/880 then i stopped hit optimzed buton went to 385 /745 then unlock one pixel shader 12/6 OC no problems , didnt test much with it at this setting , just checked to see if i could OC unlocked to 16/6 back to not being able to OC figure its...

Howdy all , ok did my home work like a good little boy and found out if i hit F1 after error comes up i can get it to bios screen Also use only 1 stick of ram on the 3rd slot from the cpu , once you get it up and going DL the newest bios , i went from 1002 to 1017 take care all
