Was this server barbone worth it?

Awesome! Thanks for your help! I still have a few questions though: 1) What heatsink/fan do I use. Where should I look to purchase them for a 1u server? 2) Will my my barebone use any server cdrom and floppy drive? 3) What model CERC Sata card did your purchase? Any problems with it?

When I talked to Tyan Transport, a rep told me (off the record) that the 800 series will work just fine but if i have any problems (on the record) i would have to deal with it

is there any detail about which applications are running in 64-bit? any improvements to the way it handles wireless networking (ie i connect to a network called "linksys" at a friend's house and when i get home, it connects to my neighbors "linksys")?

Can someone give me some motivation regarding glossy screens?

i actually "upgraded" my 9-month old macbook from matte to glossy. If you can't justify $800, how's $170...LINK (matte=non-glossy). You could do it yourself (http://www.ifixit.com) or just pay labor cost at a local mac repair shop.

Will you ever buy an iPhone?

YOu betcha! When I am t3h l33t and working for Fortune 500 company (1 - 1 & 1/2 year). It also depends if the iphone is actually a great phone....ive played around with pda phones and the like and while I do believe the iphone is an improvement on them, i need my phones to be a good phone first!

My wireless card worked fine on XP(and Ubuntu LiveCD), but it is not even detected in Vista. I don't even get a yellow question mark in Device Manager! What gives?
