The tests I ran were the memory tests built into Window 7 and also a standard chkdsk. They both returned good results. I have yet to try memtest but it's going to be in the future for sure, my time to sit on this has become limited as of late. I've also looked in the event viewer and...

nVidia GT200 Series Review Thread

I'm really looking forward to it. I thought about trying to swap out my X38 for an SLI board but there isn't any way I'll be able to buy a second card for a long long time. I didn't have good luck when I tried Crossfire before anyways so I'll just stick to my overpowered single card solutions.

Crossfire, WoW, and Netflix

I've tried all these solutions and more now with still no relief. I hate to but I'm jumping back to my greener Nvidia pastures. I gave them a good try and hoped they had worked but can't take it anymore. Thanks for all the help and advice. Maybe I'll give ATI another shot some other time.

I tried disabling Crossfire but didn't see any change. Could I have some options set incorrectly? When I disable Crossfire, should I actually disable the second card all together? I'm totally new to multicard setups.

yeah, I'm trying to get as future proof as possible. If I go with Nvidia I'll go with something like EVGA for the step-up program. I mainly want something that will last me a good long while as I don't get to upgrade all that often. I do appreciate all the response so far. Keep it coming.
