Is Maxtor really that bad?

My experience: I've seen roughly half a dozen (all Maxtor) hard drives fail in the last year or so. This is within my little group of friends and family. All seem to fail at about 1.5 years or so, outside the warranty of course. I may change my mind later on, but right now I wouldn't...

Do you shower on your days off?

Strange thing though, is that the idea of daily showering has only come into practice fairly recently (like within the last 100 years) Makes you wonder how human-kind survived many millennia with bi-weekly or monthly bathing/showering. ;)

Which is more important for an oil change? 3 months or 3k miles?

Recommend a good electric razor please!

I second the Panasonic Linear models. The best part of this razor is that it is wet/dry, so getting it wet in the shower is no problem. As for razor irritation, I haven't found one yet that won't bother your skin for a little bit until you get used to it, so it seems a non-issue to me.

Charter New Promotion 1st, 4th and 7th Month Free

Finally Charter is starting to get the message and get it right. I have Charter available in my area, but opted to go with DSL since Charter's plans/prices were ridiculous. The $10 monthly fee for non TV customers totally reinforced my desire to stay away from Charter.
