Is my computer too hot?

Thanks for all of your input! I think I will be buying an extra fan for the back of my case! I would go for another hs/fan also, but since I paid extra to get a retail processor, I think I will make the most out of what I have for a while.

Is my computer too hot?

Right now, after running my computer for a few hours, my system temperature is 31 degrees celcius, and my cpu is 48 degrees celcius. Is this too hot for comfort? I am using the hs/fan that came with my retail 1.2ghz thunderbird processor. The case that I have now is an Enlight 7237, and it...

Bad 3dmark2001 Score

And, in case anyone wanted to know, I updated the miniport driver to the one on amd website, and my score showed a slight increase to 3752. I had originally been using the driver from the epox cd.

Thanks for your help, it worked! I installed the amd minport drivers from the epox cd, and my score improved to 3312! And yes, I do have sp2. Now, do you think that if I update my video card drivers to the Nvidia Detonator 3 Drivers, I will get any improvement in speed, or should I just stick...

Well, I think I will go for the deal at newegg, so I could get the 5ns. There is only one problem that I have now: I could either get the card today, or wait for 9 days until I get back home from my trip. By waiting, the price could be lower. However, newegg may be switching to 5.5ns cards...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that the higher the refresh rate the better! Even though there is a loss in refresh rate by going with 1600x1200, I think that it makes Winblows a whole lot more enjoyable to use, since I am able to have many windows open at once on the screen...

The monitor is hooked up now! The first thing that I noticed is that the external features of the monitor look different than on the display at Office Depot. However, this is a good thing! I thought that the controls were a little chunky there, but the new ones (or old ones, I'm not sure)...
