Any guesses as to how the whole gphone thing is going to play out when it happens? I'm sure they won't be going with ATT because of the iPhone and direct competition, but if they want to go into the global market they'll have to stick with GSM. That only leaves T-Mobile for us U.S. customers...
It's a solid game but very slow moving. It takes for ever in real time to get what you want in the exact configuration that you want because of the skills. All empire PvE stuff gets old really fast though. I'm putting my character on a long skill and taking a break for a while.
So I currently have a large sum of money (>10K) sitting in my ING account, getting 4.1% interest. I will not be touching any of it for 5 months. Is this the most optimal place I could be putting it if I want low risk? How do Bonds work? I've gone to treasurydirect.gov and browsed around there...
Pretty much start making a list of everything that you eat and drink. Experiment until you can find a baseline. I did, and it turns out that I'm pretty much cursed to eat only Beef, Rice, and Water. Most everything else causes some sort of instability. Also, you might want to check with a doc to...
I don't know if it is possible to pull it off without an Exchange server. I would say to put the main PST will all of the emails on a shared drive, but only one person could access it at a time. Your other option could be to have everyone else DL emails from that email address but selecting...
Computer Engineering to MIS and then an additional MS in MIS. I couldn't hack the Cal and Physics. Now I'm randomly in China teaching Business English to college students.
I've driven both cars and the Saab definitely has more juice to it. I'll be looking for a used 04-06 A4 or a used 05-06 9-3. Both cars are pretty low in terms of reliability from what I've read. My benchmark is a 94 Civic DX and a 06 Civic EX. I'm feeling the need for a fancier car and I don't...
So I'll be in China for a year and I want to update my blog while I'm over there. A buddy of mine who is already over there says that a ton of websites are blocked by the govt, including blogger. I found a few proxy servers that can bypass it, but I don't know how reliable they are in terms of...
The car is in perfect condition. I kept it garaged for more than a year and used it as a grocery-getter. I lived 1 mile away from work so I just rode my bike in. I'm located in Sparks, NV 89434. KBB Excellent is $19,700ish. I posted it on Cars.com for $18,500. I would probably be willing to go...
I have a 2006 Civic EX with 6400 miles and have been trying to sell it for a few weeks now locally with no bites.
I was wondering if anyone has experience with selling a car to Carmax and how much below KBB they offer. Unfortunately I'm a few hundred miles away from the closest one so I can't...
nasty...the worst I found was inside a professor's PC that he brought w/ his from Israel. It had this dead spider in it the size of a baseball (diameter).
I would be taking off the comprehensive because it would not be driven so it would go down to $60 per 6 months making it $120 per year for a garaged car.
In August I'll be taking a 1 year job in China so I won't be using my car at all. It currently has 4000 miles on it and is in brand new shape. I live very close to work so I just biked in all of the time, thus the low miles. I paid around $21 out the door and am fairly confident that I could get...
I implemented a product called c.Support for my IT dept last year. I work for a college within a University. Around 250 employees, 300 workstations/laptops, 6 remote locations, 3 IT workers. I think it cost around 5-7k...I would have to go back and check. It handles most of what you listed...
I use it at work. The service pack, driver integration, and unattended installation works great, but the patches sometime come out as messed up installations <shrug>. Still a big time saver though.
Well one friend of mine is a sick Flash/Dev/Programmer and he's pretty much going to try to apply to med school. I think he just completed all his prereqs. We'll see how that turns out.
I have a BS & MS in MIS and have worked in IT support for around 8 years. Planning to go to China to teach...
I don't know if it's possible, but is it possible to somehow hook up a 360 to display on a laptop monitor? From what I can tell, the answer is no becasue everything like Analog Vid and S-Video are only "output" connections.
