    Is anyone else having problems getting lower multipliers to hold? I have a 6400+ and the latest beta bios, but the multiplier setting won't go below default 16, even when it says so in the bios... All other settings are default.

    I had the exact same problem on a test system (can't remember what it was, but I think it was an Intel 945P mobo) I had to use the floppy to get it to work.

    Like I said, I have my suspicions about this fan I mean think of it, is it even mathmatically possible to move 36 CFM of air at only 4500 RPM? The fan fins aren't much bigger than an FOP38, and that fan needs to spin at 7000 RPM! I'll look into it an post an article later.
